Run a one-hour evidence check
Replace feature-list browsing with a short, documented proof using your own representative examples.
A one-hour evidence check should test three representative inputs, record the output, time the review, and note every correction. It is a learning exercise, not a production approval.
Working sequence
Make the evidence visible.
- 01
Choose three cases
Use an ordinary case, an awkward case, and a case that should be rejected or escalated.
- 02
Freeze the instructions
Use the same prompt, configuration, and acceptance criteria for every candidate.
- 03
Record the review
Track corrections, unsupported statements, omissions, and reviewer minutes.
- 04
Decide the next test
Advance only when the evidence reveals a specific uncertainty worth resolving.
Evidence to keep
Leave with four records.
- Representative inputs
- Saved outputs
- Correction log
- Named decision owner
The first useful comparison is your evidence, not somebody else's feature table.
